Robert Lussier is a Paris-based creative director from New York with more than three decades of shaping culture-defining imagery for the world’s leading luxury brands.

From 2008 to 2015, as Creative Director at Parfums Christian Dior within the LVMH group, he helped redefine contemporary luxury storytelling, bringing cinematic narrative, digital innovation, and global reach to fragrance, beauty, and accessories campaigns.

In 2015, Lussier launched his own Paris luxury boutique agency built on the belief that experience matters. After years shaping global imagery from inside one of the world’s most influential luxury groups, he created a studio offering senior creative leadership, cultural instinct, and hands-on precision. The approach is strategic at its core and cinematic in execution, designed for brands seeking heritage depth and modern relevance.

Today, through his independent Paris studio, THE STYLE COUNCIL X ROBERT LUSSIER, he continues to advise brands on positioning, storytelling, and long-term image strategy, acting as both creative director and director, overseeing concept development, casting, film direction, editing, pre-production, and post-production to ensure each project carries a singular, cohesive vision. The studio integrates strategy, image-making, content creation, and full production capabilities under one roof, delivering global campaigns with both scale and intimacy.

Robert Lussier’s iconic campaigns have left an indelible mark on contemporary luxury. From Miss Dior Fragrance directed by Sofia Coppola to Dior Homme starring Robert Pattinson photographed by Nan Goldin & director Romain Gavras, Dior Rouge Lipstick with Natalie Portman by David Sims, Lady Dior: One Lady, Four Cities featuring Marion Cotillard and directed by David Lynch, and the groundbreaking Secret Garden Versailles series by Inez and Vinoodh, culminating in a cinematic chapter starring Rihanna directed by Steven Klein, his work spans the spectrum of narrative and visual innovation. His imagery extends from the Louis Vuitton Monogram Anniversary campaign photographed by Steven Meisel to The Spirit of Travel and Horizons Never End luggage campaigns, as well as Capucines Handbag campaign starring Zendaya photographed by Mert Alas.

Over the past eight years, he has also been the driving creative force behind Graff’s jewellery campaigns, elevating the brand’s visual identity through cinematic storytelling, architectural and cosmic inspirations, and a focus on the rare craftsmanship of its jewels. These campaigns, including the GRAFFABULOUS to Galaxia, position Graff’s high jewellery as both art and aspiration while resonating across global luxury markets. Concurrently, he continues to direct Movado watch campaigns starring Julianne Moore, bringing the same cinematic sensibility and attention to narrative detail. Recent projects for Versace fragrance, Gucci The Alchemist’s Garden and several LOEWE fragrance collaborations. Upcoming creative development for the Max Mara Group, and new fragrance launches with Shiseido Tokyo.

Through his independent studio, he has built a true one-stop creative house, blending strategy, image-making, content creation, and full production under one roof to deliver campaigns with both vision and scale. He is also the founder of LESNOB, a cult handbag and unisex fragrance brand that reflects his personal design sensibility and independent creative spirit.
